Aisha Jamila hinds is a popular American actor. She is known for her roles in the the TV show The Shield, and True Blood. Since her debut, she's shown her ability to perform on shows like Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. Anna's character on Assault on Precinct 13 was her first major breakthrough. The film was her character in the role of Fannie Lou (a feminist activist for women's rights) in the biographical All the Way film that made her famous as an actor. Hind was also acknowledged for her performance as Harriet Tubman in WGN America's time-travel drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed the show for a fresh season.
