Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born on April 10, 1986) is a former actress turned model from India who primarily was seen in Hindi movies. Ayesha was awarded the Filmfare's Best Debut Award in the year 2004 due to her role as the leading actress on Taarzan The Wonder Car. The film was her debut as an actor. The actress then appeared in popular movies including Paathshaala (2010) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007) and Socha Na Tha (2010). Her first was a cameo in the commercial of Complan. In the iconic I'm A Complan Boy, I'm a Complan girl commercial she appeared alongside Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor. She also appeared in the remix of Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin. Because of its popularity her popularity grew throughout the period of Indian remixes. In the following months, she was receiving invitations to appear in Bollywood films. Takia's debut, originally planned to appear in Socha Na Tha was delayed due to production problems.
